One open mat floor at 44 North Canal Road, Level 3. Mats are sanitised regularly, and outside shoes and clothes stop at the edge.

Small groups
Class sizes stay balanced rather than packed, which is why most photographs show people being corrected individually rather than a room drilling in rows.
Water refills
A station with cold and hot refills at no charge, so you do not need to bring anything but yourself.
Mixed levels together
White belts and experienced grapplers appear in the same frames because they train in the same classes. How that works.

You are welcome to come and look first
If photographs are not enough, come and stand in the room before you commit to anything. Message 9457 9426 and turn up at the start of a class.
Nobody will put you on the mat if you have only come to watch, and there is no charge for it.
